Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business associated with the account. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under your account.

Trials, plans, and renewals

New eligible accounts receive the trial displayed at signup. A trial does not begin a paid subscription unless you choose a paid plan and provide any payment authorization requested by Stripe.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated in the offer. Taxes may be added where required.

Payments collected for your business

Stripe Connect lets a business accept its own customer invoice and deposit payments. Those charges are between the business and its customer and are deposited into the business’s connected Stripe account. The business is responsible for pricing, taxes, refunds, disputes, customer service, and legal compliance for its services.

Acceptable use

You may not use JobTasky for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; or use the service to send communications without required consent.

Your data and communications

You retain responsibility for information you enter into JobTasky and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process it. You authorize JobTasky and its providers to process that information as needed to deliver the service.

Service availability and third parties

We work to keep JobTasky available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Some functions depend on third parties such as Stripe, email, SMS, hosting, mapping, or device services and may be affected by their terms or availability.

Disclaimers and liability

JobTasky is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. JobTasky is a workflow tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, JobTasky is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for disputes between a business and its customers.

Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may update these terms as JobTasky evolves. Material changes will be posted or communicated as appropriate.
