Information we collect

We collect account and business information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, login information, and support communications.

When you use JobTasky, we process the customer, job, scheduling, estimate, invoice, payment-status, technician, photo, checklist, and automation information you choose to enter. Location information is processed only when a user grants permission for a location-enabled feature.

We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Payments

JobTasky subscription payments and business customer payments are processed by Stripe. JobTasky does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

A business that connects Stripe controls its own customer charges, refunds, disputes, and payout account.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure JobTasky, authenticate users, deliver requested emails or text messages, process subscriptions, support customers, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use a business customer list to market JobTasky directly to that business’s customers.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate JobTasky, including hosting, email delivery, SMS, payment processing, security, analytics, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention, choices, and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Account owners can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@jobtasky.com.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

JobTasky is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date on this page.
